Santa's Alley Workshop is small and 30 minutes goes very quickly! We limit groups to 16 or less for safety purposes and to preserve the quality of your visit. Even with 16 people it becomes a challenge to get everything done and all pictures taken without the visit feeling rushed. While we allow up to 16, we actually recommend less than that.

The beauty of Santa's Alley Workshop is that you have a reservation (no getting anxious waiting in a line at the mall) and your child has 30 minutes to ease into the workshop and get acclimated. We've seen children come into the workshop who don't even want to look at Santa...let alone take pictures...and by the end, they are hugging him goodbye! We offer a very casual no-pressure setting where you and your family take things at your own pace. Santa gives space to those children who need it!

You are welcome to take all the photos you want during your visit! (Bringing a professional photographer is not necessary, but if you would prefer to not worry about taking photos, you are welcome to do that as well.) Santa's helper is there during your visit and always happy to take pictures of the whole group using your phones. Also, if you share photos/videos on social media, please tag us @whispermehome!

Santa's schedule is very tight with back to back visits in the workshop. We have a short window between visits to reset the room, restock the refreshments and give Santa a quick break! So unfortunately, we are not able to extend your visit if you arrive late. As a matter of fact, we recommend showing up 5 minutes early so that you get the full advantage of your 30 minute visit!

Yes! If you want your pet to be in your Santa photos then feel free to bring him/her along! As long as they are well behaved, they are welcome!

We have families who book 2 consecutive time slots in order to have an extended time in Santa's Workshop. That's a great option for large groups!
